I HAVE A WRANGLER 2013 AND THE AIR COND COMPRESSOR WORKS GOOD BUT THE HEATER ALSO COME ON THE SAME TIME AS THE AIR AND THE UNIT BLOWS HOT AIR. HOW CAN I CUT THE HEATER OFF AND RUN JEST THE AIR?

It is a flap inside the air box- the coolant flows through the heater core all the time, but the air is diverted past the heater core, through the A/C evaporator instead. Having the flap anywhere but at either end will allow you to blend hot and cool, in order to regulate the temperature. So you have an issue with either the flap motor, or the flap itself.
