There is a fuse link, forget exact location, it is in the wire from starter to alternator. I have never seen one fail, so,, if you can test for power on the big wire at the alt or run a jumper wire from battery to the alternator yo can rule the fuse link out but really sure fuse link is good so,, since you say alt tests ok, battery is good? the most common thing we see is a failed PCM =computer, the charging system is PCM controlled and in most cases when not charging? the PCM has failed, I do want to mention alt tests on bench are not always 100%, If sure alt is ok? then PCM is the likely , we see this all the time, I know bad news but I am here to give as accurate answer as possible
