Customer: My name is ***** ***** I was researching into whether or not I needed to take my jeep into a dealership if I replace my shift control module myself

I attached the diagnostic test to help, and if you find the shifter assembly is bad you can replace it yourself by following the directions I also attached...

I don't have a tool to run the network tests

Since you don't have a scantool then your only choices are to #1 have it diagnosed at your local Dodge dealership or #2 take a change and replace the shifter assy to see if your issues are resolved..
