I have a 2012 wrangler manual transmission it Won't start. Battery is good Radio lights work. Does not crank thinking its a fuse

Good morning do you have a voltmeter or test light? If so we can check this easy. If u hAve voltmeter test voltage at big wire on starter should be battery voltage. This checks out probe thr small wire while someone holds thr key in start position u should see battery voltage on small wire
