Hi I have a 2004 jeep, I recently change the left backup light in the car and something went wrong because now they both wont work and same with the signal lights and the a/c its not working

It's possible that you simply blew a fuse for the reverse lights and/or turn signals. The a/c not working won't be related to the light issue.
