HAVE 2004 JEEP LIBERTY HEATING/COOLING FAN BLOWER DOES NOT WORK ON HIGH....HOW DO I FIX THIS....

Hello and welcome to just answer. If it works on all of the other speeds, but not on high, then the problem is the blower motor resistor block, or the HVAC control head. Most common is the resistor block which is mounted next to the blower motor . Try the resistor block first.
