Hello, welcome and thanks for asking your question. My name is*****'m a Certified Auto Technician with 28+ years experience. I will do my best to assist you. please keep in mind that I may need to ask questions of you before I can answer. When you reply please feel free to add as much detailed information as possible pertaining to your concern.

Does your vehicle have pushbutton start?

If so, you should have a small button on the driver and passenger outside door handles that should unlock the doors if the fobs are inside... Try that and let me know what you find?

Thank you,

no pushbutton start

Can you post the last 8 digits of the VIN so I can do a bit of research on this?

Does your vehicle have buttons on the outside door handles?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Last 8 are: FW524938
There is a key slot on the drivers door (no key)
Expert:  Robert replied 1 year ago.

I'm assuming that neither key is in the ignition, correct?

If so, you'll have no choice but to have someone use a "Slim Jim" to enter or you will need to have a key cut that will fit in the driver door so that you can open it. If you go to the dealer and provide the VIN number, and proof of ownership, they can cut you a key that you can use to enter the vehicle and retrieve the fobs...

Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions...

I also need to let you know that my responses may be delayed because I may be helping another customer, or I may be temporarily offline. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Thank you...
