Hello and welcome!
The most common cause for your concern is a internal electrical fault with the Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM).
This is the main fuse box under the hood of your vehicle, this unit is distributes power to the rest of the vehicle and is a combonaition of fuses, relays, and a integrated computer. The computer controls certain functions of the vehicle including the wipers and lights.
You will need to first check all of the fuses in the TIPM. Replace any bad fuses.
Reset the internal computer, disconnect both battery cables and touch them together for 5 minutes.
If this does not work a new (TIPM) will need to be checked and or replaced.
