Hello and welcome to Justanser!

You have a couple different issues going on.

The check gauges light will come on with the key on and engine not running, if it's not staying on with the engine running then that's nothing to worry about.

The service four wheel drive warning could be the final drive control module, wiring, or the transfer case motor. The motor is a common cause but the issue may just be software, the first thing that should be done is have a dealer ensure the software is up to date.

The starter not engaging along with the trans over temp warning is being caused by an open circuit on the lead plate on top the valve body in the trans. The temp sensor and range sensor share the same circuit on the lead plate, when it opens then the TCM won't see the range sensor so it prevents the starter from engaging.
