Side of engine or rear of engine? Do you see oil leaking onto ground? Thanks.

If smoke seems to be coming form bottom and you do not see any leaks toward top of engine then it sounds like either your oil pan gasket or rear main seal is leaking. The oil pan gasket is around a $350 repair at a shop and rear main seal is around $1200 because transmission would need to be removed. Let me know if you have more questions or if there is anything else I can do to help. Thanks.
