Removed gas tank to replace leaking gromit put back together was running rough, put new filter in line, replaced oxygen sensor still ran rough, pulled injector checked now does not start, I have spark and fuel to the injector. Help!!!

Hello and welcome! If the engine has spark, then see it it will run on starting fluid. If so, you know the ignition timing and valve timing is ok. You also know that the problem is "just a lack of fuel". So, then your next steo would be to check injector pulse using a noid light provided this is engine has fuel injectors. You can get a noid light for cheap. Either on line or from your local auto parts store. IT should blink as the engine is cranking over.
