You will need to test to see if it is the Horn Button or the Relay
The Relay is located in the Junction Block, powered by Fuse "1"
The Relay is in the second row, second Relay
You can remove the Relay instead of disconnecting Battery
The Horn Button supplies a Ground to the Relay when pressed
