have you pulled codes from the computer yet?

Using Verus Pro - unable to get engine code (no communication).. Using hand held unit the only code is 740..

Have you tried using the key trick? cycle the key on/off, three times, ending in the on position, the codes should appear in the odometer window?

does the check engine light come on for 2 seconds, when the key is turned on?

CEL hasn't worked in 2 yrs ... But emission test was done 6 mths ago & was able to communicate with obd then..

then the only thing you can do is check the powers and grounds to the computer, if it has all the powers and grounds, then it has to beb a bad computer, have you done that yet?
