Grand Cherokee: I have a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee-the instrument

Customer Question

I have a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee-the instrument panel does not work, the windows do not roll down, it sporadically starts (when I unhook the negative cable from the battery). What could be my problem?
