Hello and welcome to JustAnswer! You may have quite a few things going on. It could be SKIM related. You could have a bad key or wireless control module, which is the module that communicates with the key. YOu could also have a bus communication issue preventing the WCM from communicating with the ECM. Try another key if you haven't already. If it's not a SKIM issue then it could be a fuel concern or possibly a failed crank sensor or internal engine issue. If it was running fine when parked then it shouldn't be an internal engine problem. You may have fuel drainback/air ingestion due to an issue with the filter mount, usually from an overheated fuel heater. It could also be an injector, the high pressure pump, or possibly a fuel quantity solenoid issue.
