Customer Question

I have a 2002 liberty renegade. The driverside sun visor flops down (won't stay up). How do I fix it or change it out? When I unscrew it, the light bulb wire doesn't unconnect.

There should be a wire disconnect up in the headliner area but if you can not get to it you could just cut that wire and then re-splice (be sure to use a good crimp on splice) it back together when you put the new one on.

Is there anyway to fix the sun visor. Jeep wants almost $200 for a replacement?

No there rally is no way to repair it some people just remove them but i typically use mine so thats not really a option for me, I have also seen people put one of those stick on visors they help but not quite as good as the real visor. You could also try a salvage yard or ebay to find one cheaper
