Every gahge works eccept that temp gauge. the one thing I started out to fix the first time, I replaced the sending units ( 2 ), I even changed out the whole cluster. But that temp gahge still dosen't move. Check the fusethats OK check for power to the se3nding unit, It has power. I guess I'll worry when it overflows. Thanks for your help.Chuck
What engine do you have, and tell me the location of the sending unit that you replaced.

4.0 inline 6, It is in the back left corner of the head, It is small and the one up front
Ok, the one in the left back corner of the head is the correct one. You may have an open circuit between the sending unit and the gauge. If you ground the wire at the sending unit, the gauge should go full hot. If it does not, then there is an open circuit in that wire.
