Do all 2002 Jeep grand Cherokee Limited(special edition) 4.7 motors with the vin "N" have a 16T tone ring ?

hello, that is correct on the Jeeps
A JTEC crankshaft will have 16 tooth tone wheel a NGC will have 32 teeth. Removing the crank sensor and counting the teeth on the tone wheel can check this.
JTEC= 3 plugs on the engine controller and NGC= 4 plugs on the engine controller
