2004 jeep grand Cherokee radiator fan wont come on, its a new fan, and the fuze doesnt look like its blown, also the TCM fuze is running hot. it has fire going to the fan motor

Have you checked power to the radiator fan relay?

YES has power to it

If the cooling fan relay has power and ground going to it, try to bypass the relay by jumping the Gray wire to the Light Green wire and see if the fan runs. If so, then with the relay connected, ground the Dark Blue/Pink wire with the key on and the fan should come on. If not, the relay is bad

IF you don't have a dark blue/pink wire, then you should have a light green wire that you can ground with the key on to activate the relay to send power out to the cooling fan.
