4 c manual no air
First thing to do is the following to check for an open wire.
Check for B+ on two terminals at the fuel pump with the key on. If OK, jumper the fuel pump relay terminals 30 and 87. This will send power back to the fuel pump all the time. Test the circuit going back to the fuel pump to find the open.
