hi , I would originally suspect an alignment, however, you've indicated that its not the tires or the alignment,How do you know this? There are other possibilities too, such as bad tie rods and tie rod ends, you may also have bad joints, or simply the joints need grease. all of these are possibilities, worse case scenario is the cc joints are pitted.
