Jeep Wrangler Sahara what does no bus mean on the message

Resolved Question:

what does "no bus" mean on the message center in my jeep TJ?

This often means there is a problem with one of the sensors that is causing the computer to shut down. A good way to diagnose this is to unplug each sensor 1 at a time and see if the message goes away, you will need to cycle the key between attempts to the off and back on position. This is often caused by the crank sensor so I would start with that.

Will this also cause the guages not to work?
Expert:  Daryl replied 5 years ago.
Usually if the gauges are not working as well the problem is the instrument cluster or the a wiring issue to the instrument cluster.
