motor turns over but will not srart

If it is indeed a security problem and you want to bypass the system it is possible to do however it is not cheep. first u must unplug the skim module. then u have to replace the pcm and get it programed to jeep. when u order the pcm order for the vin off the jeep, but with out vehicle theft alarm once it is programed it will work as if it never had theft. last pcm i replaced was about 550.00 they may have gone up.

sentry key immobilizer module (skim)

behind glove box.

Disconnect negative cable from the battery.
Remove ash tray.
Remove 6 screws holding center cluster bezel.
Remove center bezel.
Remove 2 screws holding dash pad located behind top of center bezel.
Gently pry defroster bezel out of dash pad.
Unplug sensors (if equipped) and set defroster bezel aside.
Remove 4 screws in defroster duct opening holding dash pad.
Remove 3 screws above instrument panel cluster holding dash pad.
Open glove box and remove 2 screws holding dash pad.
Remove dash pad prying gently on each end to unsnap end clips.
Remove 4 screws from bottom of glove box bezel.
Remove 4 screws from top of glove box bezel.
Remove 1 screw holding the bezel to the center console.
Remove side window demister boot from glove box bezel.
Remove right side bezel from instrument panel.
Unplug glove box light and switch connector.
Remove 2 screws holding module to instrument panel.
Pull module out
