Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

The parking brake shoes are adjusted the same way as regular old drum brakes. Look on the backing plates and you will find a familiar rubber rectangular plug. If you remove this you will find the adjuster star wheel behind it, which you will use to adjust the shoes just like drum brakes. Adjust them while rotating the wheels until you can hear them just start to touch the rotor.
