Welcome to Just Answer Jeep my name is Mark.

 

About the only thing you can try yourself......in case you've got a module that has "locked up"......is to disconnect both battery cables and then hold the 2 cables together for about 3 minutes. Once you re-connect the cables see if the sunroof will operate.

 

If it still fails to operate then you'll need to visit your dealer for a warranty repair because this will require a diagnosis using a scan tool.
