Yes I have on power both sides of fuse while fuse is plugged in.
The year will not matter. If you have a different key you might try that. I believe you are either having a security problem or a park/neutral problem but usually if there is a park/neutral problem you can jump the starter and it will run. So it is more likely a security issue. You never did say how this problem may have started?
You might try removing the battery cables and touching them together for a couple of minutes to see if it helps.
day #3 I tryed touching cables together for 10 - 15
min. still nothing . I got one of the original keys from the owner which has the keyless entry buttons. Looks like no chip on key. Can't get keyless entry to work from key. The security red dot on insturment cluster no longer comes on. Info center reads service electric brake system.

Just came outside to try and start it and nothing happen. She said that she didn't do anything different. Battery is brand new!
For any other diagnosis to be done on this a good scan tool will be needed, I suspect that either the computer is the problem or there is a security system that is keeping this from starting/running. Many times on these if they are jump started or the battery goes dead the computer will loose the programming for the key, if that happens it will act just like this is and the repair is to get the programming redone, this needs to be done using a Dealer scan tool/programmer. If the security system is not the problem I am thinking that the computer is not starting and running because it thinks the trans is not in neutral or park (which you could check with a good scan tool).
