Hi there,

What do you specifically need the diagram for because there are hundreds of diagrams for this car.

Thanks,

Derrick

engine compartment. we are having trouble with the auto shut down

The ASD relay?

Here is the wiring diagram for that circuit:

tj709151

tj709156

But if you are having problems with stalling and not starting, and have traced it to the ASD relay not closing, you most likely have a bad crankshaft position sensor.

They go bad all the time on these 4.0L motors and cause this problem.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any more questions or need any more diagrams!

well we also have no ground at the asd relay?
Expert:  Derrick replied 8 years ago.

The PCM ground the ASD relay (in top diagram), when it gets a reference signal from the crank sensor telling it that the engine is turning.

If the PCM is not grounding the ASD relay, im sure you have a bad crank sensor.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any more questions!

one more question? also the fuel gauge and the volt gauge both stopped working at the same time as the not starting problem, are they related? we can't recieve any info from the pcm through the OBD II port
Expert:  Derrick replied 8 years ago.

If a crank sensor shorts, it can temporarily bring down th PCM bus signals, and those guages are part of those signals, so they are most likely as a result of the crank sensor.
