Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

Depending on exactly what you're experiencing you may have a linkage issue, a bad latch, there could be something foreign closed in the door, there could be a door or striker adjustment issue or damage. If the handles move with no resistance then you have a linkage issue.

Was there any problem leading up to it not opening at all?

Do the handles move with normal resistance or does it feel as if they are not connected to anything?
