My 2005 xj8 AC works, but the heater blows warm to cold air,

Customer Question

my 2005 xj8 AC works, but the heater blows warm to cold air
JA: Have you checked the coolant level? Have you checked to make sure the thermostat is working?
Customer: had the radiator flused and the proper coolant installed. the engine temp is good. So there is a thermostat that can be changed and controls the heat.
JA: Are you fixing your XJ8 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Just checking fuses, replacing the engine coolant.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: It runs great but in freezing

Do you feel a difference in the outlet air temp when moving from full cold to full hot? Listen for any abnormal noises from the system when doing this?
