The battery is turning the car over, but the spark plugs do not seem to be firing and I can't get it out of park to move it whereI can look at it
JA: Most vehicles have two fuse panels. Do you know what they look like?

right now the engine is cranking but not starting? Does it seem to be cranking too slow or abnormally? Will the shifter release from park with the ignition ON and foot on the brake?
