2006 Jaguar Stype 4,2 L when right signal is engaged the rear light go wacky. Even the left side starts flashing. Has to be a short of some kind of.

Without knowing exactly what the symptoms are other than the left side flashes too, a short between circuits or a poor ground are most likely. A poor ground is the most likely cause for the lights coming on together, although it could be a short between circuits in the harness.

What specifically do the lights on the right side do?
