We may have a problem with one of the temp sensors giving a false input. Unfortunately without a Jag tool that would be difficult to pinpoint. Depending on the temperature this actually can be normal as due to the design of the system it can take a couple of minutes to blow cold. If when you first turn it on and it blows hot air then it could be a sensor or even the compressor. Let me know.
