Customer: Car was towed in to another shop. No start. they replace crankshaft sensor. No RPM signal

I would first check the pollen filter housing to make sure it is not full of water. If so then dry out the area and disconnect the ECM to make sure the electrical connector pins are not damaged. We also need to check the fuses in the engine compartment fuse box. Let me know.
