Is the shifter hard to move through the gears? Any abnormal noises?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Gears are normal, there's a slight grind in 4 th & 5th gear

Ok this is very strange. It almost sounds like something broken internally in side the transmission. I have seen issues inside the transfer case which will cause the vehicle not to move so that is a possibility but the engine would stall when letting off the clutch in gear. Please double check both side axles to make sure they are fully seated.

Ok sounds good.

let me also add
that when put in reverse no back up lights
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.

Thats interesting. Could be a sticking reverse lamp switch as there is a small switch on the top of the transmission. We can jump it out with the ignition on to see if the reverse lamps illuminate.
