Jaguar XJR: 2005 XJR CATS suspension, vibrations and rough

Customer Question

2005 XJR CATS suspension, vibrations and rough ride, wheels are true and balanced, bushings good (just replace) tires good (happens with two sets of new tires), no CATS fault light, brakes new and true, vehicles tracks and stops straight...Can I have a issue with the suspension, maybe a bad shock, that will not show up as a CATS failure, card is very sensitive to road surface almost like imbalance but for sure the wheel balance is very good.

My name is ***** ***** I am a professional here at Just Answer. I noticed that your question was not getting a response and thought I would see if you still need help with this.I apologize for the delay and I hope I can still assist you with this here.
My info is limited on your model here but I see no one else has responded and thought I would see if I can help here.
Shock failure can be common as I have seen and have had to replace before as well as strut failure. If you have not had the suspension system checked over to see if this is the cause here this needs done.I have seen shock/strut failure before cause an imbalance or operating issue like this here.It is possible this is the cause with no fault warning set.
Thanks Pete
