Hello and welcome to justanswer.com
So the engine is cranking but not starting? Do you have a digital multimeter to perform some tests?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No sir no digital multimeter to perform test. And it's cranking but not starting
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.
Ok try spraying some carb cleaner into the intake air tube while a assistant cranks the engine to make sure the engine will start and run on the spray. This way we can narrow it down to fueling. I also recommend we use a compatible scan tool to see if we can read any faults. Let me know.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I have already did this it turns over just fine but does not stay on due to lack of fuel being pumped
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.
Ok so the engine will actually start and run on the spray. This is important.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Yes it will start and run off the spray

OK without a digital multimeter or Jag factory tool it will be difficult to diagnose. There is a Rear Electronics Module that controls both the power and ground to the pump. The ECM signals this REM to energize the pump. The REM may be bad. The problem is if a new or used one is installed it must be programmed by Jag.

Read a test on the vehicle and it says fuel monitor is fine
Expert:  Richard replied 1 year ago.
Ok that is a readiness monitor so unfortunately that may jot really help us.
