Hello and welcome to justanswer.com
Can I have the last six digits of your VIN? What does it say when you press the phone button on the screen?
VIN No. B0 4539
Only Phone screen that I can access says
No phone found would you like to search for a new phone now?
Yes brings up a bluetooth search which does not find my, my wife's or daughters phone all of which were bluetooth enabled
Ok in this system the vehicle is the master meaning it needs to find the phone. This does not work with all smart phones. When you press the button on the touchscreen to find a phone place your phone in discover mode so it allows the phone to be found. The vehicle will then give you a four digit pin which is entered in your phone. If you are still having difficulties then you may have a faulty bluetooth phone module.
I am diss appointed with this response. It appears that you have not any more info. than I already had through the handbook. In my view a complete waste of money
Ok I just needed to confirm this. I think you will need to have a new bluetooth phone module fitted and programmed. Before doing this let's disconnect the battery for about 10 minutes and also power off the phone and remove the phone battery if possible. Reconnect the battery and turn on the phone. Try again to pair. If it still will not pair we need to go to the jaguar website and under owners, bluetooth we need to verify the phone is fully compatible with the vehicle. Please let me know.
