Ok, the intake has to come off then you can get to the thermostat. The instructions are in the file below:

I took the black intake manifold off. I don't see how I get the thermostat out.

Ok got the thermostat housing out, there is another big plastic tubing right next to it. It's plastic and is held in by one bolt like the thermostat housing. I think that was my main problem. I need a new bolt it's missing. What size is the bolt and where is the easiest place to get one?

Any hardware store will have the bolt. Take another bolt off the engine that fits the hole. Then use that bolt as a template to get another one. It is a metric bolt and a common size.
