I am a Irish citizen, always resident in Ireland. Can I take out full LAP in Uk with my 2 daughters as attorneys and have it recognised in Ireland in the future should it be required?

1. Can you better explain the situation. When you refer to a "LAP" are you referring to a Lasting Power of attorney (LPA)? Why would you want to take out a power of attorney in the UK WHEN you are resident in Ireland? Why not a power of attorney in Ireland? Do you have property in both Ireland and England? where are you assets located? where will you be living in the future?
