The executor of my fathers will, hired a solicitor to represent

Customer Question

The executor of my fathers will, hired a solicitor to represent my fathers estate. He worked on it for 8 months, then he resigned. Then the executor hired a new lawyer. They have been working on it for 8-9 months. Part 6 of 117 of the Succession Act suggests that the appeal period may be up. How exactly does part 6 of 117 of the Succession Act pertain to this case?

No grant of probate has issued in the estate as yet so the 12 month period from the date of the issuing of representation in the estate has yet to begin running
