what are the circumstances where revenue can put a judgement

This answer was rated:

what are the circumstances where revenue can put a judgement on properties i.e does it matter if the property is already in negative equity or worth very little.
No it doesn t matter. If it is negative equity, the judgement will rank behind the mortgage and so they will judgement will not be satisfied if the property is sold
