Hi there,I recently purchased an IDX sport horse from Ireland and had him vetted and then shipped to England . Unfortunately he went lame and the vet has suggested that his lameness is not new. The seller is a known dealer who buys and sells horses for a living. I have proof that this horse was known to nap before I bought him. Can you please tell me if I have a legal right to ask for my money back and compensation for the loss of use ?Many thanks
Already Tried: The horse has been vetted by vets in England, he has also been seen by the physio. I have veterinary reports. I have text'd and spoken with the seller who promises that he will give me another horse/ send me a video, however to date he has not kept his word. I have a picture of the horse and a comment from a previous rider advising that the horse 'naps' I downloaded this from facebook
