My ex manager impersonated Publishing Company and sent a "take down" notice to YouTube to get one of my very popular videos blocked. His email was listed as a "claimant" email, and the claimant was Hall Leonard. He doesn't have any connection to the publishing company, he simply wanted to black mail me into going back into business with him. I'm a musician, it was hurting my work.

He also installed a program on the laptop I was using that allowed him to read my personal emails, while we were working together.

He keeps on sending me threats long after our contract expired, so I'm trying to find out if I could file some sort of restraining order against him. I spent a few thousand on a lawyer already, but it didn't bring any resolution, because he is not interested in resolving the problem.

The problem is, he is always talking about bringing me to court and that I'm not allowed to go back to the USA for 10 years, which is very confusing, because the only thing I did is terminating my work relationship with him as he was clearly a paranoid and obsessed psychopath. I had 01 type visa, but I only spent 1 month in the USA and after I got back home, I never reentered states and I called the embassy to notify, that my working relationship were terminated. I don't think I did anything against US law.
