my son died in a car accident last year and i am having difficulty in seeing his children as the other granny has taken over her daughters life ,what rights do i have to see my grandchildren?

You can apply through the district court for leave to apply for access as a grandparent. If you attend the district court office they will assist you in issuing the summons
