After returning from a weeks holidays, my manager said that she had 3 complaints about me from within work towards my attitude , I have worked in the place for 15 years and have never had any accusations made against me , I asked who would have made these complaints , but she refused to say , I left work in a huff , where do I stand in relation to finding out whether these accusations are true or not , have I not a right to find out who these people are , where do I stand in relation to returning to work , or not returning to work legally wise , working in Ireland

My present stance is not to return to work until I know if these allegations are true or false as the manager dealing with this has already been reported to hr for bulling , the md of the company has already contacted me asking me to come back to work and understands my position , she says she will sort it out ,
Sometimes, finding the right Expert can take a little longer than expected and we thank you greatly for your understanding. We’ll be in touch again shortly.
I contacted all my work mates who work in my department and none of them have complained to the manager , they seemed surprised , if claim is not substantiated have I a right to take a case of bulling against this individual manager ,
