My present stance is not to return to work until I know if these allegations are true or false as the manager dealing with this has already been reported to hr for bulling , the md of the company has already contacted me asking me to come back to work and understands my position , she says she will sort it out ,

I contacted all my work mates who work in my department and none of them have complained to the manager , they seemed surprised , if claim is not substantiated have I a right to take a case of bulling against this individual manager ,
