married couple with one daughter together and wife has one daughter previous to marriage ie stepdaughter to deceased.spouse died and left all property personal and otherwise to wife and daughter in half shares . daughter's share in trust until 25 ie 3 years time. then to be inherited as joint tenants.no provision in will for stepdaughter as wife ,her mother , has independent means has made will providing for her own daughter.what rights has the stepchild now an adult in this situation at this time?how can the wife make a will ensuring that her older daughter benefits from her assets entirely. because the younger daughter will already inherit her fathers assets in total due to joint tenancy as surviving owner.
