Customer Question

I and my ex have reached a legal settlement. We live in Ireland. I keep the Irish property which is currently the family home and adjacent lands, all currenty in joint names. He will have our house in Northern Ireland and a flat in Italy, both also currently in joint names.
Whose responsibility is it to do the legal steps to get the ownership changed on the properties and who pays for it, him or me?
