I have worked for 11 yrs as a secretary - the past 6 yrs I have worked a 4 day week. I am now being told that I shall have to work a five day week. I do not wish to do this. Can I refuse? Can they sack me if I refuse?
Already Tried: Telling my employers that I do not wish to change my working week.
