my boss verbally attacked me yesterday at work in front of other employees,swearing and threatning me for absolutely no reason and just 3 months ago he threatened to put only 5 (including myself and another lady who both have served longest time in company, 14 years)out of 13 staff on a 3 day week,there has been lots of little incicdents which i ignored and he did verbally abuse me in 2010 however he apoligised.i spoke to my manager about this and explained how i feel threatened and victimised as he seems to only be focusing on a certain members of staff, she admitted that he had a "set" on us because of the wages we were on. but to just accept it.there is so much more to this story i dont know where to begin but i am now so stressed i could do with a little advice please.
