i have recieved a bill from board gas for 1032.55 euro. followed by a letter explaining that due to billing delay due to an internal process issue that no bill has been issued since 09.02.2011. where do i stand on the payment of this bill. the contract is for the bill to issued every 2 months . according to Board gas this was there error but they now want either full payment , paid over the next ten weeks or the next 4 bi monthly bills . over the cut off
contacted boardgas, firstly told that the bill was for the last two months then told that no for the last year.on to there customer service department then onto credit department . and put over and back between and no solution
